Serenity Station is actually a duplex. One unit is a sober living residence for men, the other is for women. House meetings are held weekly, everyone works hard, and there is a culture of respect, good health, and an attention to the needs of others.

Before moving in, we collect a security deposit with your first month rent
Rent is due on the 1st of every month
You will be responsible to pay for the cost of the drug test when randomly called upon to test.

How close is this home to amenities?
Serenity Station in Cedar City is just four blocks from Main Street. It is a short walking distance to SUU, shopping, restaurants and the town center.
Do require residents to be in treatment to live in this home?
Residents are NOT required to be in treatment while living in the home.
Do you require recovery meetings?
Yes. Residents are required to attend 5 recovery meetings weekly for the first 30 days, then 3 meetings weekly after 30 days.
How soon do I have to have a job?
Residents are required to find employment within 30 days of admission. Residents then must maintain employment throughout their stay.
Is smoking or vaping aloud in the house?
No. Smoking and vaping are aloud in designated smoking areas outside the house, but not in front of the house.
Is there a curfew?
There is a curfew - residents must be in by 10:00 pm in their first 30 days of residency, then by midnight after they have lived in the home for 30 days.
