Community-Focused Sober Living in Southern Utah with Supportive Care

Access Foundation’s sober living homes are more than just a place to stay, they are a foundation for lasting change. We are committed to providing a stable and supportive sober living environment for individuals in recovery throughout Washington and Iron counties. Our mission is to help create a society where individuals in recovery are valued, treated with dignity, and free from stigma. We strive to remove barriers to recovery by ensuring access to safe, affordable housing and providing individualized services for those choosing sobriety. We believe that with the right support and structure, anyone committed to recovery can build a fulfilling, independent life.
More Than Just a Place to Live
Access Foundation takes a community-based approach to sober living. Unlike traditional recovery homes, we don’t require residents to be enrolled in a treatment program while living here. We believe sobriety is a personal journey, and our goal is to offer the stability and support needed to help individuals succeed on their own terms.
But we don’t just hand over a house key and call it a day. Our homes are built on structure, accountability, and encouragement, giving residents the tools to navigate life beyond addiction.
Support That Sets Us Apart
One of the biggest challenges in recovery is transitioning back into everyday life. At Access Foundation, we offer hands-on support to make that transition smoother:
- Peer Support Specialists & Case Managers – Our team helps residents reach important milestones like securing a job, setting up appointments, and developing habits that promote long-term success. We recognize that everyone's path to recovery will be unique, and we are dedicated to supporting residents with their individualized needs.
- A Proven Model for Recovery – We’ve built on the Oxford House model with Stable Environment principles to create an effective and sustainable approach to sober living. Each resident is an active participant in the house community, and the homes are run democratically.
- Homes for Men and Women– We offer separate residences to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for all tenants. We also offer housing to women with children, providing a stable home for families that are reuniting.
A Place to Grow, Not Just Stay
The average resident at Access Foundation stays for about eight months, giving them the time needed to create a solid foundation for a sober and independent life. Our turnover rates are incredibly low, meaning the people who come here stay long enough to truly transform their lives.
Our impact speaks for itself:
- 97% of tenants find employment within their first 30 days and maintain it throughout their stay.
- 87% remain sober, avoiding relapse thanks to foundation built during their stay.
Affordable Housing, Real Opportunities
We know that affordable sober housing can be hard to find. That’s why Access Foundation is committed to keeping costs manageable for those choosing sobriety. But we don’t stop at housing—we connect residents with community resources to help them build stability beyond their stay. From job placements to local support services, we make sure our residents have what they need to succeed.
Finding the right sober living home can make all the difference in long-term recovery. Access Foundation not only provides safe housing, but also encourages personal growth, independence, and self-sufficiency. By fostering a supportive environment and strong community connections, we give individuals the tools to thrive well beyond their time in our program.
